Meverath helps translate customer needs into reality
As a Customer Operations Coordinator in the Services team, Mevarath's role sits at the intersection of customers, operations, and the product. She and the team translate customer needs into operational solutions that make the customers' experience with Stravito seamless.
"Every customer brings a different challenge, so my role is about translating their needs into practical solutions and continuously refining how we deliver them."
Name: Mevarath Boonrab
Role: Customer Operations Coordinator
1. What's the best part of your role right now, and what did it take to get there?
The best part is the level of ownership I have. Rather than just following established processes, I'm trusted to shape and improve them. We're encouraged to experiment, test ideas, evaluate outcomes, and iterate, so learning is part of the job, not something on the side. The role is also wonderfully diverse: one day I'm solving an operational challenge, the next I'm collaborating on customer experience or digging into product capabilities.
Looking back, what it took to get here was building trust, earning the chance to take initiative and contribute beyond my day-to-day. That's what keeps it exciting. No two days feel the same.
2. If you had to describe Stravito to someone who's never heard of us, what three things would you highlight, and why those specifically?
First, simplicity. It's not just a product principle; it's a company mindset. Enterprise software has a reputation for being complex, but Stravito genuinely aims for an experience as intuitive as the apps we use every day, without losing functionality.
Second, curiosity. We stay curious about our customers, our product, and our own ways of working, we don't assume the current way is the best way. That mindset drives both innovation and personal growth.
Finally, culture. Stravito is remarkably open and collaborative - flat, welcoming of ideas regardless of title, and full of people who genuinely want to help each other succeed.
3. Is there a moment at Stravito that made you think, "This is why I work here"?
It's more a collection of moments than one. Company Gatherings are probably the clearest reminder, seeing colleagues from different countries come together in Stockholm, you see our values come alive through the people, not just written on a wall. Sometimes I think: if Stravito were a person, it'd still be someone I'd genuinely want to work with. That's rare.
One value that resonates deeply with me is "Smell the Roses", a reminder that success isn't only about great work, but also about enjoying the journey and celebrating personal milestones too. Winning a company values award was another memorable moment; it reinforced that hard work doesn't go unseen.
Ultimately, the work is rewarding, but what makes me stay is the people. They are smart, kind, purpose-driven colleagues who challenge each other and never forget to have fun.
