2. Is there a moment at Stravito that made you think "this is why I work here"?
Turning around one of our customer relationships is probably the moment that stands out the most. The partnership wasn't in a great place when we took over, but together with my CSM we stayed close to the customer, listened, and simply went the extra mile. It wasn't rocket science; it was about being present and building trust.
Today, they're one of our strongest customer relationships. Seeing that transformation and the impact we had on both the customer and the business was one of those moments that made me think, this is exactly why I work here.
