Meet Amanda, our Communication & Community Manager, who brings new perspectives to the table.
As a Communication & Community Manager, Amanda works closely with both the Customer Success team and Stravito's customers. She enjoys bringing a fresh perspective and helping the team think through challenges, and sees her role as less about having the answer than about helping people think a little differently, building the confidence and habits customers need to keep communicating their work long after a project ends.
"My role is less about having the answer and more about helping people think a little differently. Of course, we want to solve the problem that's in front of us, but I think the real win is helping them build that muscle so they can keep doing it after the project is over."

If you had to describe Stravito to someone who's never heard of us, what three things would you highlight, and why those specifically?
The first thing I'd say is the people. I actually came to Stravito as a customer first, and the product was a big reason, but I also believed in the people I worked with while rolling out the platform. Now that I'm on the inside, the culture is pretty much exactly what I hoped it would be.
The second is that we genuinely spend time thinking through problems with our customers. Every company says they're customer-centric, but here people are actually willing to jump in, rethink an approach, or dig into something together instead of just pointing to a feature or a help article.
The third is that we're helping organizations get more value from what they already know. The technology matters, but for me it's really about making research and insights easier to share and act on, so the voice of the customer has a better chance of being heard.
Maybe a sneaky fourth, at least for my role: I spend a lot of time thinking about influence. Technology gets you in the door; that's basically expected now. Actually influencing decisions is the harder part, and that's what I find most interesting.
Is there a moment at Stravito that made you think, “this is why I work here”?
I don’t think it’s been one specific moment. It’s probably been more of a pattern over time. The moments that stick with me are usually when something hasn’t gone according to plan. Priorities shift, or a customer is trying to figure out something difficult. Those situations can definitely be stressful, but I also think they’re where we do our best work. By the end, you’ve hopefully helped solve the immediate problem. But if you’ve also helped someone think a little differently about how they communicate their work or engage their business, then that’s usually the part I remember.
