What is the best part of working at Stravito?
For me, it’s the culture! I love the people I work with. We’re such a diverse group, and I’m always learning something new from my colleagues. Everyones works hard and is dedicated to improving the business, but we also know when to have fun and let our personalities shine through. I always look forward to our team gatherings for this reason.
How is it different from where you've worked before?
The people at Stravito all come from various countries and professional backgrounds, and I think this diversity gives us a unique blend of perspectives and personalities that I haven’t experienced at a workplace before.
Can you describe the company culture and how it impacts your work?
I would describe the culture as very diverse, supportive, and innovative. I love how we all look for new solutions and can agree to disagree on things without it impacting our working relationships. This culture makes me feel like my ideas are acknowledged and I’m supported by my colleagues.
Can you share a memorable moment or experience you’ve had while working at Stravito?
One of my most memorable experiences at Stravito was during our last summer onsite. We had an “Olympic Games” competition where we were split into teams to take on a series of challenges. My team nominated a few of us, including the CEO and CTO of the company, to participate in the scavenger hunt. We were an athletic bunch and felt confident we would come in first place.
The event started strong, but things quickly took a turn when we lost track of each other in the forest and couldn’t locate the final clue. What was supposed to be a simple scavenger hunt turned into a heart-pounding 3 km trail run.
I’ll never forget emerging from the woods, sprinting, drenched in sweat, and covered in mosquito bites—only to find out we finished second-to-last. All we could do was laugh and appreciate the experience we had shared. To me, it perfectly reflects what it’s like working at Stravito: when you enjoy the journey and the people you work with, you don’t sweat the small stuff.
What does Remote First mean for you in your work?
A Remote First environment encourages its employees to stay highly connected through digital communication tools while granting them the flexibility to build their own work environment. Whether it’s taking calls from a quiet corner of the house, or answering emails from a coffee shop while on the road, a Remote First environment brings balance to work-life-balance. Remote First emphasizes outcome over office politics.
How has your career at Stravito progressed?
I joined Stravito about nine months ago and I’ve grown tremendously in this short time. I've become a stronger collaborator and have gained a wealth of new knowledge and skills. As a Customer Success Manager, I’m constantly challenged, with every week bringing new and diverse problems to solve. Tackling these challenges has accelerated my professional growth and positioned me well for the next steps in my career.
What's your biggest AI 'ick'?
My biggest AI ick is the current trend we're seeing of AI replacing human art and creativity. AI should be used to improve productivity and perform tedious tasks that we don’t want to waste our time doing. Why would we want AI to take away the creative things that humans actually enjoy doing, like writing, drawing, or songwriting? It feels weird to me.
If you could say one thing to a customer to convince them of Stravito what would it be?
Whatever you think you can accomplish with Stravito, double it. There’s so much untapped potential in this platform and it’s literally designed to make you and your colleagues’ lives easier.
Biggest mistake you've made at Stravito?
I don’t think I’ve made many major mistakes while working here, but if I had to pick something I’d say not leveraging our office supplies stipend to get a laptop case when I first started. I love all of the travel I get to do with Stravito, but sometimes your work equipment can take a beating. I should have invested in protective equipment sooner!
How do you explain what we do to your parents/children?
It’s a mouthful but I say that I help insights leaders from the world’s biggest brands set up and find value from our AI-powered software. On a higher level, I say I’m the bridge between the customer and the product.
