We're now looking for an investigative thinker who can get to the real "why" behind our commercial performance — and turn those answers into better decisions.
About the job
In this role, you will:
Own the company's most important commercial questions: what drives deal velocity, pipeline conversion, durable expansion, and where we're misallocating effort or capital
Conduct deep analyses that go beyond surface-level metrics
Proactively identify questions others aren't asking
Translate findings into concrete recommendations — and track whether they moved the needle
Share insights broadly to raise the analytical bar across the organisation
About you
We believe you have:
Proven experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Ops, RevOps, or a similar analytical/commercial role.
Commercial mindset: you understand deal dynamics, what slows them down and are able to spot bottlenecks before they occure.
Great communication skills: you bring data to life, simplify complex ideas, and write with clarity.
Proactive growth mindset: you are always looking for ways to improve.
Strong organization skills: you follow through, document and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Great stakeholder management skills: confident collaborating across all levels and disciplines.
Tech-savviness: proficient with modern SaaS tools (HubSpot, Tableau, Claude etc.).
