About the job
Stravito is looking for a passionate and experienced VP of Product to reach our North Star Goal of serving 50% of the Fortune 500 and operationalize our vision to enable “enterprise knowledge to reach its full potential” through disciplined product management and strategic execution. This leader will be part of the senior leadership team, with a pivotal role in driving day-to-day product operations and delivering on the broader company objectives.
Reporting directly to CEO Thor Olof, the VP of Product will translate Stravito’s strategic goals and Objectives and Key Results into a clear product roadmap, ensuring agile roadmap delivery. Success in this role requires someone with deep enterprise SaaS experience, the ability to make data-driven decisions grounded in customer feedback, and the leadership to guide product teams toward swift and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Roadmap: Define, implement and manage a product roadmap aligned with Stravito’s company vision and strategic priorities. Balance near-term deliverables with opportunities for long-term growth and innovation.
- Continuous Discovery, Development and Innovation: Foster a customer-centric, iterative approach to product development. Drive innovation, validate new ideas and improvements through regular feedback loops, prototypes, and quick testing cycles.
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead a high-performing product team. Provide clear direction, cultivate professional growth, and nurture an environment where rapid experimentation and open knowledge-sharing are the norm.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Develop strong partnerships with Sales, Client Development, Customer Success, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations. Ensure alignment of product initiatives with the needs of internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Operational Excellence: Drive disciplined product management processes, setting metrics for success, and ensuring rigorous prioritization. Continually refine processes to achieve high-quality outcomes quickly.
About you
- Proven Product Leadership: A strong history of delivering enterprise software solutions using data-driven decision-making and disciplined product management processes. (Knowledge management experience is a plus, not a must.)
- Highly Analytical: Adept at evaluating qualitative and quantitative data to inform product direction and prioritization.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Proven track record of launching successful products or features based on continuous customer discovery and iterative development.
- Strategic Alignment: Skilled at gathering, synthesizing, and prioritizing feedback from key stakeholders (both internal and external) to ensure that product development consistently delivers against overarching company goals.
- Excellent Communicator: Capable of clearly articulating product strategies, goals, and outcomes to senior leadership, board members, customers, and the wider organization.
